Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

Da quando uso la C20-1, ho detto addio per sempre al traffico delle ore di punta e alla folla della metropolitana. Il design pieghevole mi permette di scegliere flessibilmente tra la modalit "bici + metr" o "solo bici" per i miei spostamenti. Posso controllare il mio tempo di pendolarmente, e la mia efficienza decuplicata.

Ce que je redoutais le plus, c'tait qu'un moyen de transport devienne une corve. Mais le C20-1, lui, est lger comme un compagnon de route. Quand je dois franchir un pont pour pitons ou changer de ligne de mtro, je le soulve d'une main sans aucun effort.

Lightweight and Agile

The bike is lighter than I expected, making it easy to push or carry when needed. The 20-inch wheels combined with the 7-speed gearing make it exceptionally nimble and agile for starting and stopping at traffic lights and maneuvering through traffic. The absence of any bulky feeling truly makes urban cycling enjoyable.

L'ho acquistata principalmente per l'intermodalit con la metropolitana, ma il suo utilizzo ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Nel weekend la piego e la metto nel bagagliaio dell'auto, guido fino al parco in periferia e la spiego per esplorare i dintorni in bicicletta. Colma perfettamente il divario tra la mia vita automobilistica e la mobilit verde.

Wenn ich die C20-1 zusammenfassen msste, dann so:?einfach zu falten, komfortabel zu fahren, ausreichend Leistung und eine ausgewogene Ausstattung. Sie trifft genau die Bedrfnisse von Stadtbewohnern, ohne verspielte Funktionen, bei denen jedes Designmerkmal die Nutzererfahrung praktisch verbessert. Ich kann sie jedem Pendler in der Stadt w?rmstens empfehlen!

J'ai toujours trouv ces distances entre la maison et le mtro, ou entre le bureau et un client, trs awkwardes C trop longues pied, trop chres en taxi. Du coup, mme si la capacit de la batterie du C20-1 n'est pas norme, cela n'a pas vraiment d'impact : je n'ai pas besoin de longues randonnes. Une utilisation occasionnelle me permet de tenir facilement une semaine avec une seule charge.
