This is my first ebike and it is brilliant.As an elderly man I have managed to clock up over 210 miles on this without any issues.I know cycling purists may say I am cheating but that's 210 miles I wouldn't have done otherwise.

I am 66 years old and this bike will help my fittness plans as I retire , the only disappointment was I had to order a replacement seat the one that came was not very comfortable

Great bike easy & stable to ride my wife is 4ft 2in thinks it is the best thing since sliced bred.
Would have given 5 stars if it had adjustable front suspension it's just too hard witch results in painful wrists apart from that Great to ride.

Prinzipiell ist das ein sehr schönes, praktisches Fahrrad mit sehr guter Leistung am Berg und vielen nützlichen Eigenschaften (klappbar, Akku abnehmbar etc).

Jedoch ist es am Anfang losgeschossen, wie eine Rakete, weil die Software falsch eingestellt war und die Unterstützung des Motors viel zu stark war. Das war ziemlich gefährlich! Ich habe den Support darauf hingewiesen, doch es gab für dieses Problem keine Hilfe vom Support! Ich habe es dann selbst mühsam im englischen Manual rausgefunden, übersetzt und eingestellt. Nun hat das Fahrrad 9 sanfte bis starke Unterstützungsstufen und es ist wunderbar mit ihm in den Bergen zu fahren. Support generell alles in Englisch!

Das Sattelrohr ist zu kurz für mich als 165cm-Frau (nur 20cm lang) und ich mußte es auf eigene Kosten mit einem passenden 30cm Rohr ersetzen. Wo ich mich dann frage, wie das Fahrrad für Männer und Menschen bis 195 reichen soll, so wie in der Artikelbeschreibung geworben wird. Das paßt auch von der Rahmengröße und den Rädern her gar nicht. Ich würde das Fahrrad maximal bis 175cm empfehlen und mit einem 30cm Sattelrohr ausstatten.

Die Federung vorn läßt sich vorn etwas weicher stellen. Die Sattelfeder ist sehr klein, wenig einstellbar und ziemlich hart, aber besser als gar keine Federung.

Bei Lieferung hatte es einen leichten Transportschaden und das Ladegerät hat bedenkliche Geräusche gemacht. Das wurde jedoch vom Support neu ausgliefert und auch eine neue Bremsscheibe.

Die Gangschaltung ist gut, mußte aber auch erst eingestellt werden, was jedoch bei neuen Fahrrädern normal ist.

Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Varunbike. Der Support könnte besser sein (Deutsch und vor allem Softwareeinstellung, denn das ist echt sicherheitsrelevant!)

Our screen was damagemd by a car that backed into the parked bike knocking it over and shattering the screen. Varun was very helpful in making sure we had the correct replacment. It fits and works like the original. Thank you! Very good customer service indeed!

Hatt meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Ich fahre es jetzt über einen Monat und es macht einfach Spaß. Auch durch Waldwege geht es super und sogar eine Steigung von 21%habe ich gemeistert .
Einfach ein super Bike mit eine Reichweite von um die 100 Kilometer.

Ich habe heute mein Varun Bike bekommen.
Es war sehr gut verpackt und die Lieferung war sehr gut.
Zusammen bauen geht ganz einfach und ist in alle ruhe in ein halber Stunde fertig.
Vom aussehen und Verarbeitung bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Es lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen und alles funktionierte auf anhieb.
Nach meine erste tour bin ich wirklich begeistert und mit das Bike macht es auch Spaß Offroad zu fahren und Steigungen sind kein Problem.

The delivery exceeded expectations, arriving quicker than anticipated. The assembly process was a breeze, with all necessary tools provided. One of the standout features is its comfort, largely due to the easily adjustable saddle. Additionally, the fat tires contribute to a smooth ride, effortlessly handling the bumpy streets in my area. On my initial outing, I covered 11 km across various terrains, including pavement, sidewalk, and grass, experimenting with all the gears.

The bike's 48V battery supports a commendable speed of up to 25km/h and showcases an impressive range. I put this to the test by riding 5 km on power levels 0 (no assist) and 1 (low assist) and concluded the journey with the battery still fully charged. The following day, I traveled 6 km using levels 2 and 3, and the battery indicator still read full. This bike's build is robust, tipping the scales at 34kg, with the battery accounting for a significant portion of the weight. I highly recommend this bike for taller individuals; standing at 5'9", I find it a perfect fit.
